Training course on information management system and customer service

On two days of November 6 and November 7, 2008, in Da Nang, Power Company 3 (PC3) cooperated with Information Technology Center (EVNIT) to organize the opening ceremony of the training course on information management system and customer service. There were 128 trainees from business and customer service departments in power plants and branches belonging to PC3 attending the ceremony.

Stably supply electricity for almost all areas in capital

As revealed by The Information Regulatory Center of Hanoi Power Company (PCHN), after 8 days of making effort to recover from floods in low-voltage substations, by 6 p.m. on November 9, almost all areas in the capital have been stably supplied with electricity. There are only 4 low-voltage substations, namely Gia Thuong, Gia Quat, Bac Bien and the river transportation system in Long Bien district, still in water.

“The Prime Minister has agreed with the policy on raising electricity tariff since the year 2009 as proposed by the Ministry of Industry and Trade. In the next coming time, we will propose to raise the electricity tariff for population’s consumption and electricity tariff for production will not go up, if yes, just a little bit.” said the Minister of the Ministry of Industry and Trade Bui Xuan Khu in the periodical Governmental press meeting yesterday afternoon on September 30.
