KHP invests over 206 billion VND in power grid in Khanh Hoa

Khanh Hoa Electricity Joint Stock Company (HOSE: KHP) has recently issued 20,661,228 out of 21,088,639 stocks registered for sales. It is using the money worth nearly 206.1 billion VND to pay Electricity Vietnam (EVN) for the 110-kV power grid in the central province of Khanh Hoa.

KHP has paid back part of the loan (101.7 billion VND) and paid EVN to the tune of over 104.9 billion VND.
The company has distributed the stocks to 3,357 shareholders with the price of 10,000 VND per share. Specifically, it sold 97,200 stocks for staff, 20,462,757 stocks for existing shareholders, and 101,271 stocks for its strategic shareholder, EVN.
